Diversity/Multicultural Training for All Employee The National College Completion Agenda. What is it? Why and how are community colleges critical to meeting the goal that at least 55 per cent of Americans hold a high quality post-secondary credential by the year 2025? Why are Black men a relevant and important student group to focus upon in considering strategies community colleges must undertake to get more students graduated? What strategies may work to engage, retain, and graduate this group of students? What can faculty and staffs at Montgomery College do to facilitate the success of these and all students to contribute to the increased production of graduates?
